Midwest Elite Nannies is a Nanny Referral Service. We connect high quality childcare providers with families in Minnesota to provide excellent care for their children. Our mission is simple: to help you find the best care for your family, without all the stress! We have over 9 years experience in connecting families with Elite Nannies!

ELITE NANNY QUALIFICATIONS
At Least 18 Years Old
Passed Extensive Background Check
Certified in First Aid and CPR
Minimum of 2 Year's Childcare Experience
Carry a Valid Driver's License
Pre-Interviewed by Elite Nanny Staff
ELITE nanny SERVICES
LONG-TERM NANNIES
Long-term positions are a full-time or part-time contract position with a family for longer than 3 months.
SHORT-TERM NANNIES
Short-term positions are a full-time or part-time contract position with a family for 3 months or less.
MOTHER’S HELPER
Mother’s Helper positions are a contract position with a family for 10 hours/week or less.
Pricing
NANNY REFERRAL FEES
Fees listed below are paid to Midwest Elite Nannies. Once hired, your nanny will become an employee of the family, which means you will pay the Nanny directly. All Nannies are paid $16-$20/hr — paid weekly or bi-weekly, whatever fits best in your budget and schedule.
Short-Term Nannies
Up to 3 Month Contract- One-Time Referral Fee — Includes $200 non-refundable deposit

Long-Term Nannies
3-12 Month Contract- One-Time Referral Fee — Includes $200 non-refundable deposit
- 3-12 Month Contract, Can Be Full-Time or Part-Time

Mother's Helper
Minimal Regular Hours- One-Time Referral Fee — Includes $200 non-refundable deposit
- 10 hours/week or less

- Family Interview with Elite Nanny Staff to determine your needs
- Referral of high quality Nannies who have been through our background check and interview process for your peace of mind
- 12 Month Membership in our Sitter Club, which gives you access to as-needed childcare from our high quality Sitters! Perfect for date nights, back-up care, and occasional childcare needs!
